Responsibilities
- Verify that all system flows and API interfaces, such as billing, refunds, and invoicing, are accessible and fully functional
- Create, update, and distribute comprehensive technical guides, onboarding materials, and process diagrams
- Manage setup of local development environments, including configuration of secure access methods like VPN and IP restrictions
- Develop and oversee test plan execution in collaboration with internal departments and third-party partners
- Conduct validation of both technical and business logic during testing phases
- Assist in troubleshooting integration issues and pinpoint technical shortcomings
- Ensure all project documentation is stored in centralized platforms such as Jira and Sharepoint and kept current
- Monitor project milestones and promptly communicate progress updates and obstacles to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, technical, and product units, as well as regional partners
- Provide support to product teams during pre-launch testing and resolution of technical defects
