Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration, infrastructure, or a related technical role
- Strong working knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu preferred)
- Networking fundamentals, including ability to diagnose and resolve common configuration issues
- Some experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible
- Basic scripting in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for task automation and workflow improvements
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Ability to troubleshoot independently, communicate blockers clearly, and drive issues to resolution without being asked twice
- Comfortable working onsite at our Carson, CA office with some travel to customer sites
- Must fall under one of these categories: U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting both internal employees and external production environments
- Familiarity with MDM or RMM tools such as NinjaOne, JAMF, or Kandji
- Exposure to AWS (even light usage like storage, EC2, IAM basics)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CMMC, NIST 800-171, or ITAR, particularly in enclave or government IT contexts
- Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK
- Track record of writing documentation and SOPs that other people can actually follow cold
