Responsibilities
- Handle daily administration of identity and access controls across Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, and integrated SaaS platforms.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of user and app access, including setup, modifications, group management, issue resolution, and removal.
- Keep an updated inventory of SaaS applications and assist with their administration, access policies, lifecycle tracking, and account audits.
- Ensure smooth and timely employee onboarding and offboarding in coordination with HR, finance, team leads, and app owners.
- Administer and resolve issues for macOS devices using endpoint management solutions.
- Assist with acquiring hardware, managing device lifecycles, and maintaining secure endpoints for a global remote workforce.
- Develop secure, repeatable automations for common IT tasks using n8n, APIs, scripts, and AI-enhanced tools where applicable.
- Transform manual processes into observable, well-documented, reliable systems that scale efficiently.
- Implement automation workflows with proper logging, error recovery, monitoring, ownership assignment, and approval steps for critical actions.
- Deliver prompt L1 and L2 IT support while identifying patterns to drive long-term system improvements.
- Develop and update runbooks, operational procedures, escalation protocols, and control mechanisms.
- Assist with security compliance initiatives such as access audits, evidence gathering, and adherence to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards.
