About the Role
This position provides intermediate-level technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, assisting users and maintaining infrastructure to ensure continuous and efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on technical assistance for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices
- Diagnose and resolve software and operating system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain endpoint computing equipment
- Support network connectivity including wired and wireless access
- Manage user accounts and permissions across enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot printing and peripheral device problems
- Assist with deployment of system updates and security patches
- Maintain documentation for IT processes and support procedures
- Respond to service desk tickets within defined response times
- Escalate complex technical issues to higher-tier teams
- Support onboarding and offboarding of employee technology access
- Configure and deploy company-approved software applications
- Monitor system performance and identify potential issues
- Assist with backup and recovery operations
- Enforce compliance with IT security policies
- Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives
- Provide guidance to less experienced team members
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment repair and service
- Track and manage IT assets and inventory
- Support virtual meeting tools and collaboration platforms
- Assist with basic server and cloud service operations
- Ensure adherence to data protection standards
- Conduct routine system health checks
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning
- Support internal IT training and awareness efforts
