iHerb is hiring an IT Support Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Respond to user-reported incidents and service requests through ticketing systems, chat platforms, and email with professionalism and courtesy
• Collaborate with and escalate technical issues to relevant internal IT teams when necessary
• Deliver hands-on technical assistance to both office-based and remote employees
• Support end-user applications within the Google G-Suite ecosystem such as Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Hangouts Chat, Meet, and Voice
• Keep precise records of IT hardware assets and conduct periodic audits to support equipment lifecycle management
• Diagnose and resolve common network connectivity issues, escalating to network specialists when appropriate
• Partner with various IT departments to facilitate timely problem resolution
• Analyze user-reported problems to determine root causes, evaluate solutions, and apply effective fixes
• Follow existing team documentation to maintain consistency and contribute to updating or creating new guides as needed
• Protect sensitive user data and maintain confidentiality for all information accessed or handled through support activities
