Responsibilities
- Provide support assistance with technical problem solving
- Equipment deployment
- Hardware and software setups and configurations
- WSOP setups
- May include other PC equipment tasks as directed
Requirements
- 18 months minimum in a technical support role
- strong personal computing skills
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and user environments
- Intermediate analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, reach or grip 50 lbs., above or below shoulders
- Ability to walk distances between Caesars properties and spend long periods standing
- Ability to work in a 24 hour, 7 days a week environment with varying shifts, including nights and weekends, with varying days off
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Must have a Nevada gaming card or be able to obtain a card prior to start of assignment
