Responsibilities
- Serve as the main in-person contact for resolving technical problems, offering frontline help with computer systems and software on both Mac and Windows platforms.
- Set up, maintain, and service office hardware such as computers and printers, along with software systems, including diagnosing failures and replacing or repairing equipment when needed.
- Ensure meeting rooms are fully functional with working technology, support event setups, manage cables and workspace organization, and assist during office relocations involving IT infrastructure.
- Oversee all IT assets, manage storage areas, track inventory levels accurately, report low stock, maintain compliance records for asset tracking, process hardware repairs, and manage end-of-life equipment disposal.
- Manage IT logistics during employee onboarding and offboarding, including preparing and shipping devices, receiving returns, and coordinating equipment collection.
- Help maintain up-to-date IT documentation and policies, contribute to deploying new tools or applications, and support the wider IT team by responding to service tickets and messages in collaboration platforms.
- Foster positive working relationships across teams, encouraging cooperation and open communication with all staff members.
