Contentsquare is looking for an IT Support Junior (Apprenticeship) to join our team in Paris. This role is designed for someone eager to learn and grow in a hands-on technical support environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level technical support to internal users
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and software
- Help manage user accounts and access permissions
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues
- Document processes and solutions for the knowledge base
- Participate in IT projects and deployments
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in an apprenticeship program (BAC+2 to BAC+5) in IT, computer science, or a related field
- Strong desire to learn and develop technical support skills
- Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and common business software
- Excellent problem-solving mindset and a customer-service attitude
- Good communication skills in French and English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Mode
This is an onsite apprenticeship position based in our Paris office.
