Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in similar position
- Exceptional ability to provide technical support to business users.
- Good knowledge and experience on: 1. Installing, Administering and supporting Microsoft’s OS, Linux and MAC computers 2. Microsoft Azure Administration 3. Microsoft Intune Administration 4. Active Directory (both on premise and Office365) administration 5. Microsoft Exchange (both on premise and Office365) administration 6. Office 365 applications suite such as Sharepoint, Onedrive etc. 7. At least one Asset Management application
Nice to Have
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification
- Knowledge of Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Basic scripting knowledge
