About the Role
In this role, you will join a skilled team of IT engineers across Europe, North America, and South America, supporting employees with modern IT systems, cloud technologies, and networking infrastructure while gaining hands-on experience with emerging tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Set up and configure new hardware for internal staff members.
- Serve as the primary contact for IT support in your local office location.
- Address and resolve internal support requests using the Jira ticketing system.
- Collaborate with other teams within the Enterprise IT department.
- Keep the asset inventory system updated with accurate records of all IT equipment.
