I KNOW HOW S.A is hiring an IT Support Engineer (2nd Level)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver initial and intermediate technical support for internal software platforms.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve application-related problems reported through email, phone, or support tickets.
  • Record technical issues and resolutions clearly and systematically.
  • Instruct users on proper operation of software tools and systems.
  • Offer introductory training sessions or create reference guides as required.
  • Support new employee onboarding by configuring user accounts and necessary software.
  • Observe system behavior and flag performance irregularities.
  • Help implement software upgrades, security patches, and configuration adjustments.
  • Conduct regular system evaluations to maintain application reliability.
  • Coordinate with developers, IT administrators, and external vendors to troubleshoot advanced issues.
  • Escalate unresolved cases with complete diagnostic details and documentation.
  • Participate in pre-deployment testing of new software versions or updates.
  • Keep support records and internal knowledge resources current and accurate.
  • Generate reports on frequent technical issues and suggest corrective actions.
