Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for resolving hardware and software issues
- Deploy computing equipment across designated sites
- Configure and set up computer hardware and software systems
- Establish WSOP system configurations
- Perform additional PC-related tasks as assigned

- Schedules, days off, and reporting locations may change based on operational needs
- Must be available to work in a 24/7 environment with rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- Capable of performing in a fast-moving, high-pressure workplace
- Requires possession of a Nevada gaming card or ability to secure one before starting
- Physically able to lift, carry, push, pull, reach, or grip up to 50 pounds at various heights
- Able to walk between Caesars properties and stand for extended durations
