Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance to clients during rehearsal and activation events
- Participate in pre-test planning sessions and distribute necessary documentation
- Finalize both pre-test and post-test reporting requirements
- Track and resolve technical or operational issues to completion
- Respond to customer site activations within the designated service region as needed
- Assess risks related to contractual commitments compared to site capabilities
- Oversee onboarding of new clients, including coordination of hosted IT and communication system installations
- Serve as a backup resource for other recovery centers within the service zone through multiple activation readiness
- Maintain operational status of critical site systems such as HVAC, lighting, UPS, and generator
- Provide after-hours and on-call support for facility maintenance needs
- Support client activation calls as part of a 24-hour standby rotation
- Keep technical and user site guides current and accurate
- Perform routine maintenance of building systems and ensure adherence to health and safety standards
- Carry out additional tasks to support inventory management and service continuity
- Monitor for potential fraudulent behavior and file a security incident report when required using the corporate intranet template
- Regularly review security policies hosted on the intranet to maintain compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal standards
- If managing personnel, ensure team members understand their security obligations and can access company security policies online
- Ensure security policy principles are integrated into daily team operations
- Complete unplanned or incidental assignments as necessary

- Requires participation in a compensated out-of-hours call-out schedule
- Involves supporting regional recovery centers and client locations
- Position falls within the Collective Bargaining Unit
