Salvere Technology AI is hiring an IT Specialist to help build the foundational technical components of our product. You will implement one or two central MVP building blocks in a pragmatic, clean, and deployable way. You will work directly with the founding team and can take early responsibility for a small sub-project.
What You'll Do
- Implement Python services and scripts for content and automation pipelines.
- Integrate Azure services, such as App Services, Identity/Secrets, and Log.
- Integrate LLM and AI capabilities via Azure AI Foundry, building prompt pipelines, simple tools, and test harnesses.
- Maintain a clean repository structure, including Readme files, documentation, and a clear 'Definition of Done'.
- Write tests where it makes sense, avoiding 'test overkill'.
- Set up deployment flows so an MVP runs reproducibly.
- Plan 2-week sprint goals, show demos, and document learnings.
- Optionally support or coordinate one remote development intern with very small task packages.
What We're Looking For
- Solid programming fundamentals, ideally in Python.
- Interest in Cloud and AI/LLM systems.
- Independence, curiosity, and clean communication.
- Willingness to document results briefly but reliably.
Nice to Have
- Azure experience or a strong willingness to learn.
- A routine with Git and GitHub.
- First experience with APIs, databases, or automation workflows.
