Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for IT support in Toulouse, addressing issues with computers, software permissions, hardware upgrades, and peripherals like printers
- Assist team members with acquiring new software and IT hardware as needed
- Support lab environments including network configuration, vSphere management, and environmental monitoring systems
- Collaborate with the IT department during internal and regulatory audits
- Partner with HR to support employee onboarding and serve as the local IT contact for new hires in Toulouse
- Configure and deploy laptops running Mac, Windows, and Linux using MDM platforms
- Manage access rights for cloud-based applications such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian tools
- Record and maintain documentation for both new initiatives and existing systems
- Update and organize internal IT knowledge bases and policy documents under leadership guidance
- Troubleshoot and repair audiovisual systems in conference rooms
- Contribute to maintaining secure and safe office environments
- Participate in office maintenance and facility enhancement projects
