Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for internal technology support, handling issues related to Microsoft 365, identity management, device access, SaaS applications, and general IT inquiries while managing the internal support ticketing system
- Manage and maintain endpoint devices on macOS and Windows platforms, including Intune policy configuration, application deployment, data loss prevention controls, and operating system updates
- Oversee Entra ID operations, including Conditional Access policies, group and license management, access certification reviews, and Privileged Identity Management workflows
- Maintain and optimize Microsoft Purview, Sentinel, Defender, and Global Secure Access solutions through continuous policy tuning, alert triage processes, evidence collection pipelines, and secure access rule enforcement
- Develop and sustain automated integration workflows across SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and relevant development tools
- Execute and manage joiner-mover-leaver processes and maintain the systems that support user lifecycle transitions
- Generate compliance documentation and support audit requirements across applicable regulatory and security frameworks
- Ensure SaaS platform hygiene through posture monitoring via Vanta, managing app registrations, and conducting regular license audits
- Identify and propose improvements, replacements, or consolidations for existing security and IT tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness
