Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective clients seeking IT products and technology solutions
  • Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and propose customized IT product and service offerings
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize business deals successfully
  • Meet and surpass defined sales targets and performance metrics
  • Track industry trends, competitor actions, and market shifts
  • Provide continuous customer support to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Work with technical and marketing teams to refine product offerings and sales approaches
