Jitterbit is seeking an IT Risk & Compliance Consultant to help organizations of all sizes strengthen their security posture. You will deliver impactful cybersecurity consulting and IT audit services, helping clients navigate a complex threat landscape while aligning with our people-first, values-driven culture of integrity, quality, respect, and innovation.

What You'll Do

Partner with organizations across various sizes and industries to reduce risk.
Deliver cybersecurity consulting and IT audit services.
Support project planning and methodology development.
Evaluate IT and security controls for compliance and effectiveness.
Conduct penetration testing or simulated attacks.
Create clear, actionable reports for clients.
Advise on state and federal security and privacy requirements.
Help develop security standards, policies, and best practices.
Stay on top of emerging tech and cybersecurity trends.
Collaborate with a high-caliber team of professionals.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in IT risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting.
Strong understanding of IT controls, audit methodologies, and security frameworks.
Experience conducting control evaluations, risk assessments, and security testing.
Ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable reports for clients.
Knowledge of state and federal security and privacy regulations.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration.
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
