Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a project manager, ideally within a similar industry.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Asana as a project management tool
- Experience with Power BI as a data illustration tool
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree
- Project management certification such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
- Experience contributing to large, enterprise-wide technology programs (e.g., ERP implementations, cloud migrations, digital transformations)
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and adaptability to evolving project and business needs

Additional Information
- This is an exempt position.
- The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $90,000-$130,0000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
