Responsibilities
- Promote and maintain high levels of operational performance across the technology division
- Deliver consistent, reliable daily support for Enterprise and Cyber Services used by the organization
- Operate within a Technology Operations Centre setting
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve system issues following established knowledge base procedures
- Guarantee continuous availability and performance of all business-critical services

Responsibilities
- drive operational excellence throughout the technology organisation
- execute a high standard of day-to-day operational support of Enterprise & Cyber Services (E&CS) services provided to the Element business
- work in a TOC (Technology Operations Centre) environment
- monitor, troubleshoot, and take restorative actions as defined in published KB articles
- ensure the delivery and availability of ALL services within the Element business
