Responsibilities
- Support employee development through coaching, clarifying job expectations, and evaluating job performance
- Collaborate with the global parent organization to safeguard data, manage network access, and maintain backup systems
- Align technology decisions with user requirements and system capabilities to influence organizational policies
- Detect operational inefficiencies and deploy timely, strategic improvements
- Conduct system audits and evaluate their effectiveness
- Protect organizational assets and uphold information security and control frameworks
- Oversee the annual IT budget and promote cost-efficient practices
- Ensure the reliability and protection of corporate network components, including servers, routers, switches, and hubs
- Deploy, configure, and manage software and hardware across all devices, such as servers, computers, laptops, tablets, barcode scanners, printers, and peripheral equipment
- Supervise the internal help desk to deliver prompt and professional technical support
- Set up, troubleshoot, and repair both wired and wireless network connections
- Coordinate with global IT teams to schedule system maintenance, updates, and data backups
- Keep detailed records of system repairs, upgrades, and maintenance timelines
- Evaluate technology shortcomings and recommend enhancements to senior leadership
- Analyze data from team reports to uncover trends and operational needs
- Adapt resource allocation and workflows in response to changing internal and external demands
- Manage corporate phone systems
- Oversee the setup, upkeep, and resolution of network infrastructure issues in coordination with global IT directives
