Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team, including recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Develop and maintain the strategic direction and long-term plan for designated corporate IT systems
- Collaborate with business units to convert operational needs into prioritized projects and product backlogs
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives aimed at improving, updating, or streamlining enterprise platforms
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, ensuring alignment on roadmaps, performance, contract renewals, and pricing
- Track system performance through key performance indicators and lead efforts to improve efficiency and deliver value
- Ensure all systems and workflows comply with security, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main IT owner and accountable party for specified enterprise capabilities
