Inland Family of Companies is hiring an IT Manager to provide strategic direction for our technology infrastructure and oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department. You will support business operations across multiple offices and properties, focusing on cloud infrastructure, data security, and user support.
What You'll Do
- Work with leadership to develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage IT budgets and vendor relationships.
- Manage the company’s network, cloud services, and server infrastructure.
- Maintain the organization’s IT systems, networks, and endpoints.
- Ensure uptime, data integrity, and business continuity through proper backup and disaster recovery planning.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Intune.
- Oversee cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive company data.
- Lead and provide technical support to staff across departments and remote locations.
- Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and software rollouts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.
- Conduct periodic audits and risk assessments.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Teams, SharePoint).
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud-based systems.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage with team members.
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability in handling diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certification is a plus.
