Responsibilities
- Manage and support the organization's end-user computing systems across Windows and Mac platforms for approximately 100 remote users, covering mobile device management, hardware acquisition, asset tracking, and lifecycle processes.
- Operate and maintain the Perforce version control system, including managing repositories, user access rights, and optimizing performance for a geographically dispersed team.
- Support and maintain infrastructure used in game development, including Linux-based Perforce servers, Windows build machines, and development kits across multiple gaming platforms.
- Lead the transition of on-premises systems to colocation or cloud environments, covering domain controllers, Perforce, storage solutions, and networking equipment.
- Take full ownership of backup and disaster recovery planning, including executing backups, testing recovery procedures, and performing data restoration when needed.
- Oversee identity and access management systems such as Active Directory and Google Workspace, streamlining onboarding and offboarding for employees, contractors, and international partners.
- Evaluate and streamline endpoint security tools, identifying and recommending consolidation where overlapping capabilities exist.
- Assist in meeting security audit and compliance standards required by external partners in co-development projects.
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, including system inventories, ownership records, renewal schedules, operational runbooks, and access policies.
- Manage relationships with vendors and managed service providers, overseeing renewals and procurement across the software portfolio.
- Supervise network infrastructure operations, including firewall configuration and monitoring, in coordination with external support teams.
