Outsourcing Advantage is hiring a remote IT Level 2 Support Engineer to join our Managed Services Provider (MSP) team. You will deliver enterprise-level IT support and tailored solutions to our portfolio of small and medium business clients.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot complicated technical issues for our clients.
- Research and explore new technologies to enhance our service offerings.
- Work effectively under stress and deadline pressure.
- Communicate clearly across different individuals, departments, and external parties.
- Properly document service call notes, create and maintain checklists, and create diagrams.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent English language verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills at a level of C1 Advanced.
- 3+ years of advanced IT support experience within an MSP environment.
- Proficient in PowerShell and scripting.
- Advanced knowledge in server, firewall, and networking technologies.
- Advanced knowledge in Cloud technologies including O365, Azure, Exchange, SharePoint & Intune.
- Must be a great communicator.
- Organized, consistent, and a process-driven individual.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative environments.
