Key Responsibilities: Assist with IT Systems Administration: - Support routine operational tasks including equipment lifecycle management, initial diagnostic troubleshooting. - Collaborate on server and network maintenance, including system updates, patches, and data preservation. - Conduct meeting space evaluation and systematic corrections. Contribute to Project Work: - Engage in technological initiatives involving system enhancements, transitions, and novel implementations. - Support comprehensive project coordination, execution, and comprehensive documentation. Learn and Develop New Skills: - Receive comprehensive guidance and mentorship from experienced technological professionals. - Explore diverse technological ecosystems, encompassing Windows/Linux environments, network infrastructures, and cloud-based solutions. Collaborate with the Team: - Synchronize efforts with IT team members to ensure seamless technological integration. - Establish effective communication channels with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Requirements: Education: - Current enrollment in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent academic program. Technical Skills: - Fundamental comprehension of computational systems, networking, and operational platforms. - Practical knowledge of scripting methodologies, including PowerShell, Bash. Experience: - Entry-level position welcoming candidates; prior internships considered advantageous. Soft Skills: - Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative capabilities. - Demonstrated ability to function autonomously and within team environments. Nice to Have: Certifications: - CompTIA A+ or equivalent professional credentials.
