Responsibilities
- Implement, integrate and support Insurity infrastructure across business units
- Perform research on complex infrastructure technologies and tools; provide design and implementation guidance of infrastructure & tools
- Identification & Troubleshooting of complex problems, provide Root Cause Analysis, create problem resolution guidance and participate in implementation of problem resolutions
- Performs routine maintenance tasks for infrastructure systems such as backups, patch management, hot fixes and major version updates.
- Follow established procedures to document, resolve and/or escalate incidents in help desk ticket queue as necessary.
- Install, configure, and maintains approved infrastructure and software components.
- Provide high level support for network communications that are managed by Next Generation equipment
- Coordinates installation and maintenance work with other business units as needed.
- Build and Operate Azure Infrastructure in accordance with best practices
- Build and operate VMware ESXi infrastructure in accordance with best practices
- Build and operate Cisco UCS server infrastructure in accordance with best practices
- Participates in After-Hours On Call Rotation
- Stay up to date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc.
- Other duties as assigned
