Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects including cloud, network, server, and workplace solutions.
- Implement Azure cloud migration initiatives and deploy hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Assist in setting up new offices, managing office relocations, and integrating systems during mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinate infrastructure delivery efforts across multiple countries within the Americas region.
- Ensure all infrastructure deployments comply with global standards and security policies.
- Oversee vendor performance to guarantee high-quality, on-time project execution.
- Facilitate seamless handover to operations teams and maintain accurate documentation in ServiceNow.
