Responsibilities
- Lead business engineering initiatives within Avaloq platforms by partnering with management to assess business process needs and define scalable, forward-thinking system solutions
- Design and implement long-term integration architectures that enable automated, event-based, real-time data synchronization with external systems
- Support integration initiatives requiring persistent, two-way, real-time data flow between client and server environments using Kafka for high-volume data stream ingestion, processing, storage, and distribution
- Conduct testing of system improvements and maintain quality assurance across the full lifecycle from initial design to final deployment
- Manage ongoing system updates to ensure sustained performance and alignment with evolving requirements
