Morse Micro is hiring an IT Automation & Service Delivery Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Manage full lifecycle IT service delivery by designing intake processes, defining workflows, and ensuring service benchmarks are met to maintain a responsive request backlog
  • Advance operational efficiency by identifying manual, repetitive tasks and eliminating them through automation, scripting, and intelligent workflow design
  • Lead initiatives focused on accelerating and improving service delivery, including optimizing employee onboarding and offboarding, self-service capabilities, system monitoring, and internal process efficiency
  • Develop and sustain automated integrations across IT and SaaS platforms, including identity management, single sign-on, endpoint management, and service desk systems to reduce manual effort
  • Provide on-site support and maintenance for network and infrastructure systems across headquarters and remote locations
  • Operate and manage systems across multiple operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux, with strong proficiency in Linux environments
  • Collaborate with the IT Manager on strategic technology choices, tooling upgrades, and capability development across the IT team
  • Deliver hands-on technical support across all levels, from basic user assistance to resolving complex escalated issues, for both local and remote employees
  • Support organizational security and compliance standards, including practices aligned with ISO 27001, privileged access controls, and identity management
  • Ensure sustainability and scalability by maintaining accurate documentation, operational runbooks, and shared knowledge resources
