Responsibilities
- Demonstrated expertise in designing systems across the full lead-to-project workflow, from initial opportunity through project delivery
- Proven background in Salesforce platform architecture and configuration
- Hands-on experience deploying Salesforce Field Service for workforce scheduling, dispatching, work order management, and mobile operations
- Capable of designing integrated solutions connecting CRM, Field Service Lightning, and project management information systems
- Familiarity with ERP and construction management platforms such as Procore, InEight, or comparable systems, including project financial tracking
- Skilled in integration technologies including REST APIs, middleware, and iPaaS tools to support real-time and batch data flows
- Experience creating seamless workflows between field operations and office systems, including mobile data collection and offline functionality
- Track record implementing automated business processes for approvals, change orders, service triggers, and escalation protocols
- Ability to implement security controls, role-based permissions, and data governance policies across application environments
- Responsible for evaluating technology vendors and managing the strategic roadmap for construction operations software platforms
