ganss personal GmbH is seeking an Ist Level Onsite IT Support (m/w/d) for a client in Düsseldorf. This first-level support role focuses on resolving user incidents, processing service requests, and supporting key business applications.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level client support within the onsite team.
- Accept and process incidents and service requests.
- Support standard applications such as MS Office and current Windows operating systems.
- Utilize the knowledge database and collaborate with colleagues.
- Document work and manage tickets in the ticketing system.
What We're Looking For
- First experience with ticket systems, IT support, PC hardware installation, and troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge in networks, servers, end devices, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, and MS Office 365.
- Very good spoken and written German skills, and good to very good English skills.
- A driver's license is not required.
Nice to Have
- Completed technical vocational training or comparable professional experience.
