Devoteam's Security & Risk team is seeking an IRM/SecOps Consultant to work with global organizations across Europe. The role involves implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions, acting as a technical liaison, supporting pre-sales activities, and contributing to thought leadership in security and risk management.
What You'll Do
- Implement and configure ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices
- Develop technical solutions using Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, and other ServiceNow technologies
- Act as the primary technical liaison for SecOps and IRM, gathering client requirements and delivering tailored solutions
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring high-quality implementations and resolving technical challenges
- Mentor and guide developers on best practices in ServiceNow design and SecOps and IRM workflows
- Support pre-sales activities, including presentations, workshops, and proposals
- Scope complex ServiceNow engagements and integrations, focusing on SecOps and IRM
- Contribute to thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and industry discussions
What We're Looking For
- Experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions
- Ability to develop technical solutions using Flow Designer, REST, JavaScript, and other ServiceNow technologies
- Experience acting as a technical liaison for SecOps and IRM
- Proven ability to gather client requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Experience overseeing project delivery and resolving technical challenges
- Experience mentoring and guiding developers on best practices in ServiceNow design and SecOps and IRM workflows
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities such as presentations, workshops, and proposals
- Ability to scope complex ServiceNow engagements and integrations with a focus on SecOps and IRM
Nice to Have
- 15+ years of experience in security and risk domains (as demonstrated by Jan Rendl)
- 13+ years of experience in ServiceNow and security implementations (as demonstrated by Filip Láznička)
