About the Role
You'll be the lead iOS engineer, responsible for building and maintaining high-quality native iOS applications that integrate with a financial issuance platform. You will collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and help define the future of mobile at the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end iOS development, including architecture, coding, testing, and deployment to the App Store
- Develop refined, production-ready mobile applications using the company's issuance platform and APIs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to shape the mobile product roadmap and deliver intuitive native experiences
- Design and maintain a clean, modular, and scalable codebase to support future team growth
- Integrate iOS apps with backend APIs for card issuance, transaction processing, balance checks, and payment workflows
- Implement secure handling of sensitive data, authentication, and tokenization in compliance with financial industry standards
- Make key decisions on mobile development tools, frameworks, continuous integration, and testing practices
- Help shape engineering culture by contributing ideas and best practices as an early member of the mobile team
