Responsibilities
- Support execution of capital raising activities, including equity and debt issuances, as well as merger, acquisition, and public-private partnership transactions
- Help build and maintain sophisticated financial models for infrastructure deals, incorporating automation through macros and VBA scripting
- Contribute to due diligence coordination, including oversight of external consultants and advisors
- Construct valuation analyses using multiple methodologies tailored to infrastructure assets
- Create and refine client-facing presentations and engage in client discussions
- Assist senior professionals in assessing new investment prospects and monitoring current portfolio investments
- Conduct in-depth research on potential deals, including analysis of companies, sectors, industries, and regional markets
- Update and produce marketing and pitch materials, including customized presentations for prospective clients
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment that may require extended hours beyond the standard workweek to meet project demands
