Agentis Capital is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst - Infrastructure M&A Advisory - 2026

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of debt and equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, public-private collaborations, and direct capital investments
  • Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for infrastructure-related deals, incorporating automation through macros and VBA scripting
  • Help oversee due diligence activities, including coordination with external consultants and specialists
  • Create valuations for assets using multiple methodologies and analytical frameworks
  • Produce client-facing materials and contribute directly to client conversations
  • Assess new investment prospects and monitor performance of current portfolio holdings
  • Conduct in-depth research on prospective banking engagements, focusing on companies, sectors, industries, and regional markets
  • Keep firm marketing resources current, including developing pitch books for prospective client meetings
