Responsibilities
- Support the execution of debt and equity financings, mergers, acquisitions, public-private collaborations, and direct capital investments
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models for infrastructure-related deals, incorporating automation through macros and VBA scripting
- Help oversee due diligence activities, including coordination with external consultants and specialists
- Create valuations for assets using multiple methodologies and analytical frameworks
- Produce client-facing materials and contribute directly to client conversations
- Assess new investment prospects and monitor performance of current portfolio holdings
- Conduct in-depth research on prospective banking engagements, focusing on companies, sectors, industries, and regional markets
- Keep firm marketing resources current, including developing pitch books for prospective client meetings
