Responsibilities
- Source and onboard advisory clients, drawing from ARQ's existing user base and from your own network and outbound efforts
- Build and manage personalized portfolios across the products ARQ offers
- Own the full client relationship lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, review, and retention
- Bring insights from clients back to product to shape what ARQ builds next
- Define what "an ARQ advisor" looks like – your standards, processes, and tooling become the template for every advisor we hire after you
Requirements
- 3+ years in investment advisory, private banking, wealth management, or a multi-family office in Brazil
- Fluent English – you'll work day-to-day with a team that operates across markets
- Proven ability to source and convert clients on your own
- Strong analytical skills and comfort building portfolios across multiple asset classes
- ANBIMA certifications (CPA-20 minimum, CEA preferred) and/or CVM-registered as AAI
- The mindset of an owner: hungry, entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to build a business inside a business
