Responsibilities
- Provide language interpretation between two languages to help individuals overcome language barriers and communicate effectively.
- Handle on-demand telephone or video calls, rendering the meaning of conversations in consecutive mode between English speakers.
- Process information quickly and concisely, recognize sensitive cultural differences, and maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
- Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices.
