Bosch Group is hiring a [Internship] Project Management Support Intern

Responsibilities

• Establish and uphold standardized documentation practices on the internal wiki platform, ensuring project pages, templates, and knowledge bases remain current and well-structured.
• Support the coordination of project meetings, workshops, and team alignment sessions, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and follow-up documentation.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and task progress in collaboration with Project Managers.
• Facilitate internal travel arrangements for team members, including booking support and administrative follow-up.
• Support visa application processes and the issuance of official invitation letters by coordinating with internal travel teams.
• Provide operational assistance for routine SAP workflows, such as tracking test statuses or maintaining system role records.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Project Leads to support project execution.
