Requirements
- Completion of undergraduate studies or currently in a transitional period between bachelor's and master's programs
- Availability for a minimum of six months
- Highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and driving transformative initiatives
- Fluent communication skills in both English and German at an advanced level (C1/C2)
- Strong ability to engage effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to manage multiple projects, timelines, resources, and expectations simultaneously
- Adaptable problem solver comfortable in evolving and dynamic environments
- Collaborative mindset with a preference for team-oriented work and maximizing collective strengths
- Skilled in digital tools and platforms, experienced with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, and quick to learn new software

- Prior experience in fast-moving environments, particularly in Product or Project Management, Technology, Process Optimization, or related fields
- Background working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Familiarity with or prior experience in the energy sector
