Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound leads and run targeted outbound campaigns in your region.
- Engage prospects through 25–50 daily calls and 50–100 targeted emails, leveraging sequences and AI tools in a strategic and efficient manner.
- Secure meetings with C-level and key decision makers and hand over qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
- Keep your pipeline up to date in our CRM (Salesforce) and use data to improve your results.
Requirements
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally 2+ years as SDR.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Native English or Native German.
- Availability to work on-site in our Barcelona office at least 2 days per week.
- A proactive, curious mindset and genuine interest in sustainability and energy efficiency.
