What You'll Do
Lead the development of international markets by designing and implementing entry and expansion strategies. You'll take ownership of the full sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing contracts, with a focus on building lasting relationships in the retail and brand industries.
Partner with internal technical and operations teams to assess project feasibility, ensure accurate costing, and support seamless handovers. You'll also work alongside marketing to refine messaging, prepare client materials, and strengthen market positioning.
Stay ahead of industry shifts by tracking competitor activity and emerging trends. Represent the company in international meetings, presenting solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in international B2B sales, particularly in print, retail, POS, or manufacturing environments
- History of successfully acquiring new clients and closing deals
- Strong commercial judgment and negotiation skills
- Understanding of production methods, materials, and technical constraints
- Strategic thinker who can also execute tasks directly when needed
- Fluent in English, with additional languages considered a plus
Work Mode
This role offers flexibility in residence across Europe, with a requirement for regular presence in target markets. International travel is expected, reflecting the global nature of the position.
