Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and draft proposals for European funding opportunities
- Lead and oversee the implementation of projects funded by European programs
- Organize, schedule, and manage meetings and events related to international cooperation
- Represent the organization formally at conferences, workshops, and collaborative forums
Requirements
- University degree in Life Sciences, Sustainability, International Relations, European Studies, or a closely related discipline
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in managing international projects
- Proven ability to independently lead and execute project activities
- Strong analytical thinking and organizational capabilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication abilities
- Skill in managing time and setting task priorities
- Fluency in written and spoken English (required)
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally for meetings
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in drafting applications for funding programs and international tenders is advantageous
- Familiarity with INTERREG and Horizon Europe project frameworks will be considered a strength
- Holding a recognized project management certification is beneficial
