Gilead Sciences, Inc. is looking for a Quality Packaging and Labeling Intern to support high-impact activities for Phase 1 materials. This internship provides real-world experience and professional development while contributing directly to our quality operations in Foster City.
What You'll Do
- Support packaging and labeling activities for Phase 1 materials.
- Help develop process flow maps.
- Develop manufacturing instructions for labeling.
- Support updates or creation of SOPs and work instructions.
- Showcase your work with a final presentation near the conclusion of the internship.
What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future, or through CPT/OPT.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s, Masters, MBA, or PhD program at an accredited US university.
- Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate, or Doctoral Student.
- Enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester after the internship.
- Able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August.
- Able to relocate if necessary and work onsite in Foster City for the duration.
Nice to Have
- Undergraduate or Graduate degree qualification.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
- Ability to identify issues and seek solutions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
- Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment.
