Gilead Sciences, Inc. is hiring an Intern - Quality - Packaging and Labeling

Gilead Sciences, Inc. is looking for a Quality Packaging and Labeling Intern to support high-impact activities for Phase 1 materials. This internship provides real-world experience and professional development while contributing directly to our quality operations in Foster City.

What You'll Do

• Support packaging and labeling activities for Phase 1 materials.
• Help develop process flow maps.
• Develop manufacturing instructions for labeling.
• Support updates or creation of SOPs and work instructions.
• Showcase your work with a final presentation near the conclusion of the internship.

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future, or through CPT/OPT.
• Currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Bachelor’s, Masters, MBA, or PhD program at an accredited US university.
• Must be a Rising Sophomore, Junior, Senior, Graduate, or Doctoral Student.
• Enrolled full-time in the Fall Semester after the internship.
• Able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August.
• Able to relocate if necessary and work onsite in Foster City for the duration.

Nice to Have

• Undergraduate or Graduate degree qualification.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Ability to identify issues and seek solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusion and diversity in the workplace.
• Efficient, organized, and able to handle short timelines in a fast-paced environment.

• Compensation: $19.00 - $55.00 hourly
