Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and analysis of international CRM initiatives, such as newsletters and lifecycle flows
- Evaluate CRM performance indicators, including open rate, click rate, and revenue, to gain initial insights
- Aid in the creation and enhancement of automated customer lifecycle campaigns, like welcome, post-purchase, and win-back series
- Support the segmentation of audiences and the personalization of campaigns
- Work closely with departments such as Webshop and Graphic teams
- Provide innovative ideas to enhance CRM campaigns and processes
