Responsibilities
- Support internal audit, risk management, procurement, and project process improvement assignments, covering planning, execution, and reporting.
- Evaluate risks and help create audit programs and testing procedures to address identified risks.
- Contribute to the delivery of risk management projects.
- Assist the team with tasks or work assignments to ensure client service requirements are fulfilled.
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Examine data to provide assurance evidence and deliver client insights.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest enhancements for internal controls and business processes.
- Prepare precise and concise audit reports that highlight key findings and recommendations for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, risk management, or procurement, ideally with a public accounting firm or large organization.
- Knowledge of risk management principles, internal auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to clearly convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software.
Nice to Have
- Relevant professional certification (CA, CIA, CPA) is advantageous.
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau is beneficial.
- Solid knowledge and experience in data modeling techniques is beneficial.
