Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
Contribute to the evolution of microservices architecture, ensuring performance, resilience, and maintainability
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs and integrations across distributed systems
Improve system observability, monitoring, and logging
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business needs
Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Follow engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and automation
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud-native environments
Support containerized applications using technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields
Solid backend development experience with Java
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices
Experience developing and scaling high-throughput and distributed applications
Experience with application monitoring and observability tools such as New Relic, Datadog, or similar platforms
Experience with DevOps and cloud-native tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, or similar technologies
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and problem solving
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework technologies such as Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring MVC
Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and development best practices
Experience with software testing concepts, including unit, integration, regression, stress, and test automation
Intermediate English communication skills, both written and spoken
