Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts aligned with project goals and client needs
- Produce space plans, finish schedules, and interior elevations
- Create construction documentation packages for permitting and bidding
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during design phases
- Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and fixtures
- Prepare presentations for client and internal reviews
- Support project management tasks under senior team leadership
- Ensure designs comply with applicable codes and accessibility standards
- Participate in site observations and construction administration activities
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Use design software to produce 2D and 3D deliverables
- Integrate sustainability principles into interior solutions
- Attend project meetings and contribute to design discussions
- Help refine design details during construction phases
- Support quality control processes for drawing sets
- Collaborate with senior designers on design direction
