Responsibilities
- Lead the organization’s analytics capabilities, including governance frameworks, operational processes, architectural standards, and strategic direction.
- Supervise a geographically dispersed team comprising internal data engineers, BI managers, and IT application leads, as well as external partners.
- Oversee the full analytics technology stack, including platforms such as Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, Confluent, and proprietary internal tools.
- Develop and maintain enterprise data architecture, system integrations, and a unified, authoritative data source across the organization.
- Ensure consistent and timely delivery of business intelligence, reporting solutions, dashboards, and analytics services.
- Define and advocate for standardized practices in data management, reporting, and visualization across departments.
- Manage analytics demand, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and oversee user support and training initiatives.
- Evaluate the existing analytics ecosystem, identify shortcomings, and lead practical improvements and transformation efforts.
- Collaborate with the Chief Digitalization Transformation Officer to shape and advance the organization’s AI strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience in senior roles such as Head of Analytics, Head of Data, or Analytics Director.
- Deep knowledge of data architecture, data engineering, business intelligence, and enterprise-scale analytics systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Power BI, and modern data integration tools.
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate internal and external technology partners.
- Solid understanding of data governance, analytics operating models, and reporting oversight frameworks.
- Experience engaging with senior business and IT leaders, preferably within complex, multinational environments.
- Strategic thinker with a practical approach, capable of rapidly assessing complex environments and delivering measurable outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in interim, transformation, or change management roles is strongly preferred.
