What You'll Do
You'll play a central role in simplifying how developers integrate with a powerful search and discovery platform. From day one, you'll work directly with customers to guide them through onboarding, offering technical advice and real-time support to ensure smooth implementation. Your contributions will include developing and maintaining open-source TypeScript and React-based UI libraries used by retail applications worldwide.
You'll strengthen integration reliability by expanding test coverage for REST client SDKs that handle massive traffic volumes. By writing clear documentation, sample applications, and step-by-step tutorials, you'll help developers achieve value faster. You'll also monitor integrations proactively, identifying and resolving issues before they impact performance.
Collaboration is key—you'll work closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and engineering teams to align tooling and features with customer needs. You'll advocate for Developer Experience (DevX) by designing intuitive tools, reference implementations, and comprehensive guides that empower developers to succeed quickly and independently.
Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining open-source libraries in TypeScript and React
- Familiarity with REST APIs and client SDK development
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on developer usability
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and validating data quality
- Passion for creating clear, effective documentation and examples
